Sushi lovers packed into New York City this weekend for Sushi-Con.

Thousands came to enjoy an unforgettable feast, sampling endless bites of top-shelf fish under one roof.

Sushi By Bou, a restaurant from New Rochelle, was hand-picked to showcase its seafood at the event.

One of the main highlights of the two-day convention was the carving of a massive bluefin tuna.
