3. Expanded ‘CityTicket’ program has saved New Yorkers $100M, MTA says
The MTA’s expanded CityTicket program has saved riders more than $100 million since March 2022, officials said Monday.
CityTicket allows passengers to ride the Long Island Rail Road or Metro-North within the five boroughs for $7 on one-way trips during peak hours or for $5 during off-peak hours.
