Elderly couple hospitalized after crashing into Starke restaurant (Starke Fire Rescue)
STARKE, Fla. – An elderly couple visiting a Starke restaurant was sent to the hospital after they crashed into the building while attempting to park.
The Starke Fire Rescue responded to the Tuesday crash at Tony’s Italian Restaurant on South Thompson Street just after 11 a.m.
When responders arrived at the scene, they found a sports utility vehicle that had crashed into the concrete building, causing moderate damage.
The elderly couple was taken to the hospital for an evaluation, but their conditions are unknown at the time.
No one else was injured.
