Raise a glass: Coupes in the Shops of Highland Park was picked as one of the best Champagne bars in the United States.

The honor for this Dallas-area shop comes from the Bureau du Champagne USA, a trade association with a mission to “defend the interests of the Champagne appellation worldwide through education and advocacy.” It’s the fourth year the Bureau has named a top 10.

Coupes made the list in 2024, too.

No other bars in Dallas-Fort Worth were named. Two Texas establishments made the list: Coupes in Highland Park and 13 Celsius in Houston.

The Bureau’s top 10 spans the country, with establishments from Washington D.C., New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Seattle, Aspen, Colo., and two in the San Francisco Bay area listed.
