BOISE, Idaho — Boise’s professional soccer team unveiled its new club identity, brand, and crest at an event Friday at Expo Idaho.

The Athletic Club Boise, the newest team in the Treasure Valley, their colors will have Green, black, and Purple. Their mascot is a Peregrine falcon.

The team is preparing to join the United Soccer League’s Men’s League One in March of 2026 and the Women’s Division One in 2027. The matches will be held in a purpose-built soccer stadium, currently under construction, which will initially accommodate over 6,000 fans with plans for future expansion.

The event featured exclusive merchandise, food trucks, a beer garden, kids’ games, and family-friendly activities. The team aims to highlight the Treasure Valley’s growing passion for soccer.

Boise’s men’s team will participate in a “promotion and relegation” system, a common practice internationally but rare in the United States. This system allows teams to move between divisions based on their performance, with the potential for Boise Pro Soccer to eventually reach the USL’s top league, Division One.
