A man was shot and killed Wednesday morning in Northeast Dallas, police said.
According to a news release from Dallas police, officers responded to a shooting at about 9:15 a.m. in the 7100 block of Holly Hill Drive. There, police found Shannon Rodriguez, 60, who the release said had been shot by an unknown suspect.
Rodriguez was taken to the hospital, where he died, police said.
