Hoboken Urby, a new 16-story, pet-friendly luxury residential development, is underway in Hoboken and scheduled to open in summer 2027.
Commercial real estate financing firm PCCP has closed a $162 million construction loan for the planned 345-unit building.
Mark DeLillo of BlueGate Partners arranged the financing, according to a statement issued this month.

Hoboken Urby plans call for over 17,000 square feet of retail space and extensive amenities, according to a statement released after Urby’s groundbreaking.
The outdoor space will include bamboo, a cold plunge pool, sun beds, grill stations and a fire pit pavilion.
A rooftop dog run will also be available for pet owners.

Units will feature oversized windows with views of Manhattan and Jersey City, dimmable lighting, and keyless entry.
Select apartments will include private terraces.
