New body camera video shows a Phoenix police officer shooting a man armed with a knife, leading to his death last month. On Aug. 31, two officers were patrolling around Hermoso Park, located near 20th Street and Southern Avenue. The officers attempted to stop 36-year-old Efrain Hidalgo, who was reportedly riding a bike without a headlight around 1 a.m. Police say Hidalgo attempted to evade officers but eventually stopped, standing next to his bike.
