It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pauline Ellich Jewett, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who passed away on September 10, 2025. She was 94 years old. Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 17th, 2025 at Burleson Memorial Cemetery, 490 Memorial Plaza, Burleson. Visitation will be held 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Tuesday, September 16th, 2025 in the Breyley suite at Mount Olivet Chapel 2301 N. Sylvania Avenue, Fort Worth. Born on January 6, 1931, in Fort Worth, Texas, Pauline spent her early years on Circle Park Blvd before making Burleson her home in 1970. She graduated from Trimble Tech High School and dedicated many years to a fulfilling career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where her compassionate nature touched the lives of countless patients. Pauline had a true zest for life. She found joy in the simple pleasures, whether it was dancing to polka music, spending a quiet day fishing, or getting lost in her favorite classic westerns. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her family. Pauline will be remembered for her kind and generous spirit, her unwavering strength, and the immense love she had for her family. She leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories and a profound impact on all who knew her. Pauline was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Jewett, her parents, Sava and Anna Ellich, three brothers, two sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Katherine Ann Maxwell and husband, Ray Maxwell; Paula Harrell; grandchildren: Jenny Birdwell, James Maxwell (married to Ashley), Brandon Maxwell (married to Amanda), Cody Harrell, and Rebecca Harrell (married to Marcus Brookins); great-grandmother to seven great-grandchildren: Alex, Adrian, Cattleya, Rhyder, Dayton, Vanessa, and Kalvin and numerous nieces and nephews.
