DUBLIN, PA — An evening of Spanish flavors and wines is on the menu at the Boiler Room’s upcoming “A Taste of Spain” Wine Dinner on Tuesday, Sept. 30 at 6 p.m.
The exclusive culinary event will feature a thoughtfully crafted five-course menu paired with hand-selected wines from Spain’s most celebrated regions. The Boiler Room has designed a journey through Spain’s diverse culinary traditions, blending bold flavors with refined pairings.

- Tapas Trio – Patatas Bravas, Gazpacho, and Gambas Al Ajillo paired with Avinyó Cava Brut Reserva, Penedès, Catalonia, 2022
- Paella – Shrimp, Scallops, Clams, Chorizo, Peas, Tomato, and Saffron Valencia Rice paired with Do Ferreiro Albariño, Rías Baixas, 2023
