Una Pizza Napoletana is open Thursday through Saturday, and they release reservations two weeks in advance at 9am. Walk-ins are accepted, but get there early if you want a good shot of landing a seat when they open at 5pm. When we stopped by on a Friday at 4:30pm, we received the last available walk-in pie for the evening. For a guaranteed reservation and a chef’s table-like experience, you could consider the The Tavola, which is $975 for up to six people (starters, desserts, eight pizzas), not including tip or drinks.
