Steph is a delight to watch every time he steps on the court, generating excitement among fans with his unreal range. He has mastered the art so well that there are times when he does not even need to look at the basket.

Recently, the Warriors guard shared a detailed account of his trademark no-look three that often sends fans into a frenzy.

“The origin of the look-away 3-pointer was nothing predetermined or choreographed. It was kind of a spur-of-the-moment reaction.” described Curry. “I believe it was Game Three of the first round of the 2013 playoffs against Denver. I did it in the third quarter and in front of their bench.

Building solid momentum, the Warriors defeated the Nuggets in six games. Making the second round, they eventually lost to the San Antonio Spurs in six games. As the years passed, the look-away shot became a rage among fans even though it was not among Steph’s favorites.
