JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A new master-planned community will be coming to Jacksonville next year.
The developer PARC Group announced on Tuesday that the first neighborhoods in the community, named EverRange, are expected to open in 2026.
According to the PARC Group, the 1,000-acre community will be located off Philips Highway, between Nocatee and eTown, and will feature approximately 1,500 homes in its initial phase.

Developers said the master-planned community will preserve half of its land for green spaces, shaded trails and native Florida foliage.
“EverRange envisions a lifestyle that balances contemporary convenience with Old Florida charm,” said Chris Pilinko, President of The PARC Group. “We are creating a community that celebrates nature, fosters connection, and embraces everyday living at its best.”

A family-friendly pool

Pickleball courts
-
Children’s playground
-
Dog parks for both small and large breeds
-
