JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville men’s golf team concluded the JT Poston Invitational in 13th place out of 15 teams, with a total score of 864, 24-over par.

Brandon Lohr was the top finisher for the Dolphins, tying for 28th place individually. He posted a three-round total of 212, which was two-over par. His consistent play was highlighted by a 70 in the second round, bookended by a pair of 71s.

Daniel Montalvo finished tied for 48th with a score of 217, seven-over par. His final round score of 70 was his lowest of the tournament, following a 73 and 74 in the first two rounds.

Will Harris tied for 65th place with a total score of 219, nine-over par. He was a model of consistency for the tournament, carding scores of 73 in all three rounds.

Andrew Sevene and Andrew Morgan finished the tournament together. Sevene finished tied for 77th with a score of 222, 12-over par, while Morgan finished tied for 78th with a score of 223, 13-over par.

Jacksonville moves on to the West Bay Collegiate Invitational, hosted by FGCU, the Dolphins will compete on Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 6-7) for three rounds.
