Good evening, Texas. We’re wrapping up the day for you with the most important stories you need to know and your weather outlook.

Your Weather Planner

A relatively quiet weather pattern remains intact through the end of the week. Afternoon highs will be above the normal seasonal values, in the middle and upper 90s. There will also be a low daily chance for showers and storms during the afternoon and early evening. Our next big headline is a cut-off low that could bring us some better rain chances and cooler weather next week, although it’s a bit too early to tell.
