Fort Worth is full of burger joints that locals swear by, but only one can claim the title of the city’s best.

The Star-Telegram is asking readers to help us settle the debate. Earlier this month, we collected your nominations for the best local burger spot and now it’s time to vote.

In total, 14 burger spots were submitted for the “best-of” list.

Now, it’s your turn to decide which restaurant serves the top burger in Fort Worth. Here’s how the poll works.

What happens next?

Next week, we’ll take the top 14 picks and narrow them down to the top seven finalists. Here’s the schedule:

  • Round 1 (Top 14 selection): Voting runs from a little after 2 p.m. Sept. 17 until 2 p.m. Sept. 24.

  • Round 2 (Top 7 selection): Voting runs from a little after 2 p.m. Sept. 24 until 2 p.m. Oct. 1.

The winner will be announced after the votes are counted on Wednesday, Oct. 1.
