PHOENIX – Authorities issued a Silver Alert on Thursday afternoon for a Phoenix man who went missing a day earlier.
Richard Ryan, 64, was last seen on foot near 11th Street and McDowell Road around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. He was wearing black cargo pants, a light gray shirt, blue slip-on shoes and an Army Ranger hat.
Ryan is described as 6 feet, 2 inches tall and 173 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
He has a medical condition that requires medication on a regular basis, according to the Silver Alert.
Anybody with information bout his whereabouts is asked to call the Phoenix Police Department at 602-262-6151.
