PHOENIX — A new neighborhood that will consist of eight homes, starting at $1.6 million apiece, is celebrating its grand opening in midtown Phoenix.
The Viridian neighborhood is located near the intersection of 14th Street and Bethany Home Road, and will host a celebration from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27.
Camelot Homes are the builders of the community.
The builders offer two different floor plans, each with three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage.
One of the plans offers a second-story flat with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and optional full kitchen.
The homes were designed by the Woodley Architectural Group and each home will come with a walk-in closet, laundry room, quartz countertops, walk-in pantries, wood floors, an ornamental iron pivot door, sliding glass door, covered patio, stone and siding detailed exterior and butterfly roofs.
The butterfly roof is also a feature of the community sales office.
The grand opening will have handcrafted gelato from Frost Gelato and it will give potential buyers an opportunity to tour the community and sales office.
We want to hear from you.
