PHOENIX — Two luxury homes have recently been completed and are on the market in Tempe, according to a Tuesday press release.

A five-bedroom home with a private guest casita is listed at $7.25 million within Circle G Ranches, while a four-bedroom and seven-bathroom home called The Tally Ho Estate is going for a city-record $10 million.

The Circle G Ranches house is a custom build located at 2007 E. Ranch Road and was listed by Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty. It’s 6,480 square feet of space was Bali-inspired with the goal of “serenity and modern luxury.”

Besides five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, the new residence boasts 14-foot high ceilings, white oak floors and a “glass-enclosed wine room” that can hold up to 300 bottles. The backyard is the standout feature, however, as it has a resort-style pool, misting system and accompanying video wall.

The Tally Ho Estate, which is located at 11812 S. 71st. Street, was also listed by Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty and is 8,500 square feet. It’s listing price surpassed the city’s previous record at $3.9 million.

“The city of Tempe has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years and this home is proof that it’s not just in commerce but in real estate as well,” Jennifer Schumacher, global real estate advisor for Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, said in the release. “This home sets a new standard for the area, and we are thrilled to be a part of what will be the city’s biggest sale record.”

Like the property in the Circle G Ranches neighborhood, The Tally Ho Estate is custom and includes a wine room, but it is located in an “expansive basement” that also contains a family room and studio.

Additionally, the home has five fireplaces, wood-beam ceilings, an outdoor resort-style pool and spa and three shaded patios.

In Scottsdale, a luxury home with an 18-car garage went on the market for nearly $7 million earlier this month.
