First Financial Trust has appointed R. Mark Davidovich as executive vice president and leader of its Fort Worth Market.

Davidovich brings extensive experience in wealth management, real estate, and public affairs. He most recently served as co-founder and partner at VetMor, a Fort Worth-based medical real estate firm. His previous roles include senior wealth manager at True North Advisors and advisory positions at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Goldman Sachs.

Earlier in his career, Davidovich worked in public affairs, including roles in political campaigns and government service. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and a bachelor’s in history and political science from SMU.
