French President Is Stopped by Trump’s Motorcade in New YorkPresident Emmanuel Macron of France, in New York for the 80th United Nations General Assembly, was briefly stopped at a street blocked for President Trump’s motorcade. Mr. Macron called Mr. Trump before eventually being allowed to pass, but had to walk 30 minutes to his destination.
