Scottsdale-based home builder Camelot Homes is celebrating the grand opening of the Viridian gated community’s sales office in Phoenix on Sept. 27.
Viridian is an eight-home gated community with homes priced from $1.6 million, according to a press release. Two floor plans are available at 2,713 and 3,003 square feet. Both plans feature three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a two-car garage. The press release said one plan offers an externally accessed second-story flat with a bedroom, bath, living room, laundry and optional full kitchen.
The homes were designed by the Woodley Architectural Group and features a contemporary look with an ornamental iron pivot entry door, a covered patio, butterfly roofs and more. Features include walk-in closets, quartz countertops, laundry rooms, wood floors and more.
The grand opening takes place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sept. 27 at 1415 E. Bethany Home Rd. in Phoenix. Guests can enjoy handcrafted gelato and get a first look at the new sales office and community where the construction of homes is underway.
