Hilaria Baldwin isn’t two-stepping around this tight-knit bond.
After marrying husband Alec Baldwin in 2012, the wellness influencer, 41, inherited countless new family members, including step-daughter, Ireland, who the “Drunk Parents” actor, 67, shares with ex-wife Kim Basinger.
During the “DWTS” Season 34 premiere, Hilaria had support from some of her children — Carmen, 12, Rafael, 10, Leonardo, 9, Romeo, 7 — and brother-in-law Stephen Baldwin. (She and Alec also share Eduardo, 5, María, 4, and Ilaria, 2.)

“We’re a very busy family,” Hilaria exclusively told The Post after her Tuesday performance. “The Baldwins are really close. I’m excited because Ireland is going to come out and as you’ve seen from her post, she and I are very, very, very close.”
“I know that I’m her stepmom, but she’s like my dance mom,” gushed the New Yorker. “So she’s sending me …. notes. She’s sending me things every single day and I just feel very lucky to be pulled into this huge family that is very close. I am very grateful.”

Alec himself has been a staunch supporter of his partner.
“He’s so supportive of this whole thing,” she gushed.
Hilaria’s partner, Gleb Savchenko, is amazed by the actor, too.

“Every time I watch Alec do anything, whether it’s dancing or talking, I’m learning because it’s like acting,” the dance pro, 42, mused. “He’s always acting, He’s a performer.”
While Alec has been in the spotlight for decades, Hilaria hopes the public can start to jive with who she is as a person, wife and mom.
“So many times somebody [has] said as we got off [the stage], like, ‘Don’t worry a little bit longer and people will be able to see you.’ And you know, I’ve heard that in so many things. And I feel like the past 15 years I’ve been tap dancing in all different ways and all different rhythms and just being like, ‘Do you see me yet? Do you see me yet? Do you see me yet?’”

For Hilaria, the kind sentiments don’t go unnoticed.
“I never want to not be grateful for the world that I’m in because I am so blessed. And I live my life with gratitude every single day. But there are really hard moments where I feel misunderstood and I feel taken out of context and the people misconstrue things or completely make stuff up and that’s it is very painful just as a human,” the author explained to The Post.
“But I think one of the things I love so much about ‘Dancing With the Stars’ is it is something that I love so much. I hope people can just see that I want to entertain people and bring joy. And it’s coming from a place of me being entertained and being joyful too.”
Hilaria previously has been accused of having a fake Spanish accent and for seemingly forgetting the English word “onions” while cooking a “traditional” Spanish dish.

In addition to competing for the coveted Mirrorball trophy, Hilaria has also started a podcast.
She and daughter Carmen now co-host the “Growing Up Together” podcast.
“We have recorded it and then ‘Dancing With the Stars’ happened at the same time. So it’s about to come out like any second now. I don’t plan things very well — so come to my adventure. Welcome to my life. It’s chaotic and it has to be flexible,” she said. “But it will be like any day now. I’ve heard the episode, but then we were practicing and I’m like, ‘I can’t like do it all at the same time.’”
As Hilaria focuses on “DWTS” and her new podcast, Alec will be on the road.
“He’s actually going to be working a lot over the next couple of months,” Hilaria revealed. “So we’re going to be very bi-coastal.”
Viewers, however, may get a chance to see the “30 Rock” alum on the dance floor — under one condition.

“You’ve got to vote for us because it might just happen if we just stay in,” Hilaria teased.
Last week, the star also cleared the air on if she made her viral TikTok dance videos in order to get cast on the ABC dancing competition.
“The true story is, I am new to TikTok. I’ve only been on it for a handful of months, so I was trying to understand it. I was like, ‘Okay, TikTok dances, I’m trying.’ I, of course, made Alec do it with me, as most wives do,” the TLC star expressed. “And then, like a few days before, they call me and they’re like, ‘Do you want to do this?’”
“I was like, it’s crazy because I have to move seven kids here. I never thought about doing this show in my life,” she stressed. “And I got everybody on a plane and we came out here and this is what we’re doing.”
