A time-lapse video shows how Halloween comes to life at a holiday store.
- Spirit Halloween is opening over 1,500 seasonal pop-up stores across the U.S. and Canada.
- The retailer is hiring 50,000 seasonal employees for the 2025 Halloween season.
- Most Florida locations, including 95 stores in 67 cities, are now open for business.
Halloween is just over a month away, and spooky season is in full swing — pumpkin spice, fall treats, and skeletons are already taking over Florida lawns.
Spirit Halloween, the seasonal pop-up powerhouse, is back and bigger than ever. Known for turning empty storefronts into Halloween haunted heavens, the retailer promises “an unforgettable experience filled with thrills, chills, and all the Halloween magic you could ever wish for.”
Earlier this summer, the Halloween retailer announced it would hire 50,000 seasonal employees to staff more than 1,500 locations across the U.S. and Canada. However, that wait is officially over, and most Florida stores are now open— including eight in Jacksonville, and others in St. Augustine, Orange Park and Jacksonville Beach.
Whether you are looking for classic costumes, creepy décor, spooky animatronics to scare your neighbors, or costumes for your furry friends, Spirit Halloween has it all.
Here’s all you need to know about Spirit Halloween and where to find a Halloween costume near you this season.
