MANHATTAN, New York (WABC) — Power is being restored at Grand Central Terminal in New York City following an outage on Thursday.

MTA officials say Grand Central Terminal lost power around 8:30 p.m.

They say no services were impacted, but four people were stuck in elevators briefly. They were all employees.

The MTA says the terminal is currently running on a backup generator, and it appears that power is returning.

No further details have been provided.
