PHOENIX — Phoenix police are searching for a suspect who struck and killed a bicyclist in the West Valley Sunday morning.
A 20-year-old man, whose name was not released, died from his injuries after he was hit, according to the Phoenix Police Department.

Just before 2 a.m., police responded to calls about a crash involving an electric bicycle near 7100 W. Osborn Road.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a man suffering from serious injuries.
Firefighters took him to a nearby hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Detectives took over the investigation and learned the victim was riding west on Osborn Road when he was hit by a car.
Police believe the suspect was heading south on 71st Avenue when the incident happened and that the car was visibly damaged.
