PHOENIX — A man is dead after being shot at the Camden Apartments in Tempe on Friday afternoon.
Gustavo Gonzalez, 38, was found shot in an apartment near the intersection of Curry and Scottsdale roads.
He was pronounced dead after being taken to a nearby hospital.
The suspect was identified as 39-year-old Blaine Blystone.
According to police, Blystone was discovered with what appears to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
He was taken to the hospital and is listed in critical but stable condition.
