SAN ANTONIO – Crews pushed back the flames of an electrical fire that spread throughout a home.
Around 3:50 p.m., first responders were called to a reported house fire near the corner of Golden Avenue and Amapola Street.
When crews arrived, they found a fire coming through the home’s attic and began working to save the structure.
According to the San Antonio Fire Department, early investigations show that the fire most likely started as an electrical fire, which spread throughout the home’s attic.
No residents or firefighters were injured as a result of the flames.
