The social media personality is traveling around the country for his 24/7 IRL Stream in America series.
PHOENIX — An internet sensation stopped in Arizona and was greeted by large crowds everywhere he went.
“IShowSpeed,” a streamer with more than 44 million subscribers on YouTube and over 40 million followers on Instagram, is traveling all over the country as part of his series, “Speed Does America.”
For 35 days straight, the social media personality has been streaming on YouTube and popular video game streaming platform Twitch 24/7, stopping in multiple states, including Arizona.
So far in Arizona, IShowSpeed has visited Papago Park and the iconic Hole in the Rock, the Arizona State Fair, and made a stop at Arizona Mills.
At Arizona Mills, Tempe Police said a crowd of 300 to 500 people followed IShowSpeed through the mall. Police were originally called to Arizona for a report of an individual firing a gun, but no shooting took place, police told 12News.
On the livestream, individuals can be seen recording IShowSpeed, and many can be seen asking for IShowSpeed to sign autographs, take photos or chat.
