Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian markets are trading on a cautious note. The Nifty index is above the the 24,700 mark up over 60 points. The Sensex index is up nearly 160 points, inching closer to 80,600. Some of the biggest gainers include BEL, Wipro, IndusInd Bank, Eternal, Titan and Hindalco among others.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian markets are in a volatile space, the Nifty index is up over 10 points, as it looks to recover from the previous slump. The 50-stock index is below the 24,700 mark, above the September 18 high of 25,448.
The Sensex index is trading with gains of close to 200 points, taking the index to 80,600. The Nifty Bank index has fallen over 300 points from the day’s high, as it looks to regain the 55,000 mark.
Meanwhile, when we look at the broader market, the Nifty Midcap 100 index is up over 350 points, after suffering major losses. The Nifty smallcap index is up 100 points.
HUL stocks are down over 2% after the company’s business update for the second quarter.
Some of the biggest gainers among the Nifty 500 stocks include Sammaan Capital, Wockhardt Pharma, Usha Martin, Hindustan Copper, and Home First Fin among other stocks.
