SAN ANTONIO – It’s that time, we’re shining a spotlight on the best of the best.

Let’s take a look at our nominees for our Beluga Air Friday Night Fever Play of the Week.

Boerne’s Hail Mary TD

Our first nominee comes from our Friday Night Fever Game of the Week.

It was a shootout in the first half between Boerne and Alamo Heights.

Just before halftime, Grant Sweeney chucks up the Hail Mary pass.

There are a group of guys waiting for it.

But Eli Nikolas comes down with it to give the Greyhounds a 7-point lead at the break.

They’d go on to beat the Mules 37-35.

Madison’s Clay 60-yard TD catch

The next nominee comes from the Madison Mavericks.

Facing a 3rd and 12, Caleb Allen looks left and airs it out deep.

And the future Baylor Bear, Jordan Clay, hauls it in.

Great pass and catch — it’s a 60-yard touchdown.

It hasn’t been the start the Mavericks wanted this season, but Clay has still been getting his.

Harlan’s Robertson 37-yard TD run

And our last nominee this week is from those high-flying Harlan Hawks.

The top team in our TNL poll.

And their offense is explosive.

Brandon Robertson weaves his way through the O’Connor defense.

Trying to get to the pylon and dives in for the 37-yard touchdown.

He’s only a sophomore, and that play would help the Hawks remain undefeated.

So now it’s your turn to decide who will take home the title of the Play of the Week.

Voting on News4SA.com is live right now. Vote as many times as you like until 7 o’clock Wednesday night. The winner will be revealed on Thursday at five.
