Grocery tech company Upshop introduced Upshop 360, a unified operating system for grocery, during Groceryshop this week.
The system embeds AI across all operational data to give retailers a real-time, accurate and AI-powered “cockpit.” The cockpit tells the grocer what is happening in every store and what to do next, like optimize replenishment, trigger markdowns before waste happens and direct worker tasks to unlock the most margins.
“Retailers don’t need more dashboards, they need direction,” said Mike Sanders, CEO of Upshop. “Upshop 360 is AI applied to every corner of grocery operations. It gives leaders the ability to see, decide and act—faster than problems pile up.”
The platform connects five suites—Fresh 360, Waste 360, Inventory 360, Commerce 360 and Compliance 360—into a single flow.
In late July, Upshop announced it was partnering with Inmar Intelligence to combine its ecommerce fulfillment tech with Inmar’s personalized marketing tech.
The partnership will enable grocery retailers to synchronize demand generation and store-level fulfillment, according to Upshop.
