The New York Giants (1-3) will take on the New Orleans Saints (0-4) this Sunday afternoon at the Caesars Superdome in their fifth game of the 2025 regular season.
Opening the week, the Giants were listed as 1.5-point road favorites, but that spread has shifted somewhat dramatically, with New Orleans now -2.

How does the Giants Wire staff see this Week 5 battle shaking out? Here’s a look at our picks and score predictions.
Dan Benton: Giants 23, Saints 20
The Saints allowed the third-most points per game in the NFL, and while the Giants aren’t very far behind, New Orleans also struggles to score at a worse rate than New York (18.3 to 16.5). That combination strongly favors the Giants, especially on the road and even without superstar wide receiver Malik Nabers. It will still be close, but the Saints just feel further behind than the Giants in their rebuild, if you can believe that.
John Fennelly: Giants 23, Saints 17
Big Blue wins its second straight with just enough offense and a defense that is finally coming together. Quarterback Jaxson Dart and running back Cam Skattebo lead the Giants on several scoring drives in their first game without star WR Malik Nabers, and the defense puts together four quarters of solid play for once, creating several turnovers.

Tyler Henry: Giants 27, Saints 14
This is a rare game where the Giants were the favorites earlier in the week. For whatever reason (likely the injury to Malik Nabers), the line has moved, and the Giants are now underdogs. They must not overlook the Saints, as New Orleans is searching for their first win of the season. I have a feeling the defense will be even better than last week, and Big Blue will play complementary football once again on Sunday. I think the Giants will win this one handily, and they will find a way to secure a double-digit win, pulling away late in the fourth quarter.
Serena Burks: Giants 28, Saints 15
Watching Jaxson Dart work some magic against the Chargers last week inspires hope for the future of this organization. The Chargers are not a weak team, and the Giants handed them their first loss of the season. This week, they face a rebuilding Saints team that is winless through its first four games. Dart cannot go in overly cocky coming off a win; the Saints are still a capable team, and they’re at home. Plus, the Giants are without Malik Nabers, leaving Darius Slayton, Wan’Dale Robinson, and Jalin Hyatt to pick up the slack. I think the Giants are a more cohesive unit right now than the Saints, so I’ll give the nod to the Giants on the road.
