Three men in their 20s died when a car hit a concrete median and flipped over on the Staten Island Expressway early Sunday morning, police said.
The red 2015 Chevrolet Cruz was crushed on impact, landing in the grass ditch nearby and killing the driver and two passengers, ages 25, 26, and 26.
