SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Spurs have a new way to bring the noise this season: the Jackals, a super-fan section designed to energize the Frost Bank Center like never before.

Spurs star Victor Wembanyama came up with the idea for the Jackals, a fan section modeled after the passionate supporters of European soccer clubs.

It’s official! The Jackals are here and we’re ready to be LOUD!” the group posted on their official X account. “The goal is simple: Create a home court advantage like the NBA has never seen before.

Members of the Jackals—handpicked by Victor Wembanyama after a grueling tryout last month—score season tickets in the fan section, plus parking passes, all for $999. The catch? They’ve got to hit at least 75% of the Spurs’ home games to keep their spot.

Fans in the Jackals section can expect coordinated chants, high-energy displays, and a chance to be part of an experience that Wembanyama hopes will redefine home-court energy in the NBA.
