On today’s Hello Houston, Frank and Celeste begin the show’s first hour by talking with Dr. Asim Shah, a psychiatrist with Baylor College of Medicine, who discusses mental health and the warning signs of psychosis in the wake of yesterday’s tragic story of a Houston-area mother accused of shooting her four children.
