United States – The National Basketball Association (NBA) has announced a multiyear partnership with CeraVe, naming the dermatologist-developed skincare brand as the league’s Official Skincare Partner. The collaboration aims to promote skincare awareness and wellness among players and fans through season-long campaigns, digital content, and community initiatives.

As part of the agreement, CeraVe will engage NBA fans through custom storytelling, on-site activations at major league events, and product integrations at retail locations across the country.

“At CeraVe, we are absolutely thrilled to join forces with the NBA because, like them, we believe in championing performance and well-being,” said Esther Garcia, CeraVe US General Manager.

She added, “Our core mission is to make effective, dermatologist-developed care accessible to everyone. Our partnership with the NBA is an exciting opportunity to reach a truly unparalleled audience – one that’s passionate, engaged, incredibly diverse, and one that truly values performance, especially when it comes to their skin barrier, head to toe. Beyond the products, our commitment is to ignite a vital conversation about skin and scalp health by expanding access to dermatologists for all and fostering a holistic culture of self-care that empowers the entire NBA community, on and off the court.”

Meanwhile, NBA Vice President of Global Business Development Paolo Pastore said the collaboration aligns with the league’s broader focus on lifestyle and wellness. “This partnership reflects the NBA’s commitment to expanding its lifestyle and wellness offerings,” Pastore said. “As our Official Skincare Partner, CeraVe brings trusted expertise and an innovative marketing approach that helps bring the NBA experience closer to fans wherever they are.”

The partnership builds on CeraVe’s ongoing “Head of CeraVe” campaign with 10-time NBA All-Star Anthony Davis. The initiative will include new content across NBA digital and social channels and feature CeraVe at high-profile league events such as the Emirates NBA Cup, NBA All-Star, and NBA Summer League. The brand will also appear in the upcoming NBA 2K26 video game to connect with the league’s gaming audience.

CeraVe and the NBA will also collaborate on “Care For All,” a youth-focused program that will provide families attending Jr. NBA clinics with educational resources and access to skincare professionals. The initiative will include dermatology screenings, product education, and sampling opportunities aimed at promoting skin health in local communities.
