SAN ANTONIO – A suspect accused of filming students at Holy Cross High School has been arrested.
At a late-night press conference hosted by the San Antonio Police Department, one suspect, who worked as a coach at the school, was arrested.
Investigators say that a student thought that a concealed camera was a clock, and the suspect told them to stop moving it.

Despite this, investigators could not confirm that the suspect had sexually assaulted any of the students or other staff on campus, but are investigating allegations.
Police do not yet have a number of juveniles who have been allegedly recorded by the suspect.
The suspect has been charged with invasive visual recording.

A staff member at Holy Cross High School has been fired and is under police investigation for allegedly recording students undressing and having sex with another adult in an on-campus office.
The school declined to comment on the ongoing investigation in a statement sent to News 4 San Antonio/Fox SA from the school’s legal counsel on Monday.
They dispelled rumors that the recordings took place in a locker room, saying, “I can tell you that the allegation being investigated by the SAPD has nothing to do with invasive recordings in any locker room, girls or boys. We have reports that the invasive recordings took place in an office on the school campus.”
