It’s New York or nowhere for Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner.

The couple stepped out for a date night at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday, Oct. 8, to watch the Yankees take on the Toronto Blue Jays in the American League Division Series. The Blue Jays won, 5-2, and will move on to play in the AL Championship Series.

Chalamet, 29, wore an oversized black white and blue Yankees bomber jacket, at times removing his coordinating baseball cap to reveal his newly shaved head. The A Complete Unknown star was seen yelling passionately as he watched the game from the stands.

Jenner, 28, sported a similar bomber jacket emblazoned with “Marty Supreme,” a reference to Chalamet’s upcoming movie of the same name. The New York City native wore the same jacket in a promotional video for the upcoming film that he shared on Instagram on Tuesday, Oct. 7 – in which he revealed that he shaved off his famous curly locks.

Tuesday marked the first time the Dune: Part Two actor fully and publicly revealed his shaved head. However, there have been several occasions where Chalamet was spotted out with his head covered, with fewer or no curls.

In early July, Chalamet was photographed on a day trip to Shellona Beach in Saint-Tropez, France alongside Jenner, wearing a navy blue Nike baseball cap and a green and white bandana. Both partially hid his head, which seemed to be shaved. The reason for the shaved head remains a mystery, although he is about to begin production on Dune: Part Three.

On Tuesday, Chalamet and writer/director Josh Safdie surprised the audience at the New York Film Festival by premiering Marty Supreme with a secret screening. In the film, the actor brings life to a fictionalized story of professional ping-pong player Marty Reisman.

Cast members Gwyneth PaltrowTyler, the CreatorOdessa A’zion and Ronald Bronstein also joined them on stage, and Chalamet referred to the movie as a “love letter to New York.”

After the screening, Jenner and Chalamet celebrated at the afterparty at Waverly Inn, where they sat in a booth together with friends for most of the night, an onlooker told PEOPLE.

The duo are no strangers to the sports world. In May, they attended several New York Knicks games together and made their long-awaited red carpet debut.

Marty Supreme opens on Dec. 25.
