The I-94 Rivalry has lived up to its billing, and the Chicago Cubs and Milwaukee Brewers will hit American Family Field in a win-or-go-home showdown on Saturday, October 11.

Here are my top MLB props for the winner-take-all Game 5 of the National League Division Series.

Cubs vs Brewers player prop picksProp #1: Run in 1st inning: Yes

+105 at Caesars

The Chicago Cubs and Milwaukee Brewers have combined for a record-breaking 21 first-inning runs through the first four games of the NLDS, so I’m happy to take the Yes hitting in this market for a fifth consecutive game at plus-money odds.

Obviously, there’s a world of unknowns with the starters unannounced, but quick starts have been part and parcel for both teams to start the series.

Prop #2: Kyle Tucker Over 1.5 hits + runs + RBI

+105 at Caesars

Cubs star Kyle Tucker went 4-for-6 with three runs and an RBI the past two games at Wrigley Field, and he’s quietly up to a rock-solid .304 batting average and .385 wOBA during the postseason.

Of course, the four-time All-Star has also posted an impressive .380 wOBA, .237 ISO and .900 OPS against righties over the past three years.

I’m expecting multiple plate appearances for Tucker against right-handed pitchers in Game 5, too.

Prop #3: Pete Crow-Armstrong Over 0.5 total bases

-129 at Caesars

With a 2-for-14 run at the dish in the NLDS, it’s been anything but a banner series for Cubs center fielder Pete Crow-Armstrong.

Still, there’s no pinch-hit risk because of his defense, and he did hit .271 against righties during the regular season.

I also value that his odds to record a hit are a short -157 at Caesars, so betting his Over 0.5 total bases offers a positive expected value of 8% on the numbers alone.
