Social Security payments return to normal July schedule, start July 9 for early birthdays

(TNND) — If you collect Social Security benefits you probably have questions about when your check will be arriving for July.

The dates on getting your check in the mail should go back to a normal payment schedule for the month of July. As many know, the payments are based on your birth date.

Here are the dates:

• Wednesday, July 9 – Birth dates between the 1 – 10
• Wednesday, July 16 – Birth dates between the 11 – 20
• Wednesday, July 23 – Birth dates between the 21 – 31

Remember that you can always check the Social Security Administration’s retirement benefit schedule online for this year and 2026.

If you receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI), you will receive your regular payment on July 1.
