Somehow, the New York Jets are in a football game at halftime. The Jets had 1 yard after their first four possessions, but a takeaway and a 72-yard kickoff return are why New York is trailing 10-6 against the Denver Broncos at halftime.

The Broncos are doing themselves no favors in the first half. A fumble on the first possession of the game led to a Jets field goal to give New York an early lead, and Denver’s special teams gave up a 72-yard kick return to Kene Nwangwu  to give New York another three points. The Jets didn’t get a first down on either of those possessions yet ended up with six points.

The lone touchdown of the game is a Bo Nix pass to Nate Adkins to make the score 10-6, which is the current Denver lead. Denver is doing just enough to hold off New York, who is doing everything in its power to not win this game. This game in London is exactly how its described.
