SAN ANTONIO — A reward is being offered for the arrest of a hooded man who pointed a pistol at a convenience store clerk during a recent West Side robbery.

Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information that leads to the felony arrest of a suspect being sought in the September 21 aggravated robbery of the Randall Food Mart, located in the 400 block of Randall Avenue.

Police say the suspect walked in the store about 3:26 p.m. that Sunday, pointed a handgun at the employee, demanded money from the register, and fled the location after the clerk complied with his demands.

To be eligible for a reward, tips must be submitted directly to Crime Stoppers. Police say calls and tips directly to Crime Stoppers are anonymous and information that leads to an arrest of a felony offender might be eligible for a reward.

Crime Stoppers pays rewards in cash but only for anonymous, crime-solving tips submitted directly to Crime Stoppers and that concern information not previously provided to or known by law
