The Maricopa Association of Governments, known as MAG, is looking for public input on one of its freeway corridors that extends to places like Tempe, Mesa and the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.
It’s part of a study examining areas of the Price and Red Mountain freeways.
According to MAG, the study will take approximately two years and evaluate existing and future conditions in the area.

MAG also says over 8,000 crashes were recorded in the study area between 2019 and 2024.
In a statement, Tempe Mayor Corey Woods said the effort is intended to reduce traffic delays and makes commutes safer for people.
People can sign up to receive email updates on the study and provide their feedback through an online survey. A virtual meeting related to the study is scheduled for Oct. 15.
