Family Care Partners by Nova Health celebrated the grand opening of its new primary care office Wednesday morning.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — People living in Arlington now have more access to healthcare options thanks to a new medical facility that officially opened its doors near Regency Square Mall.

Family Care Partners by Nova Health celebrated the grand opening of its new primary care office Wednesday morning. The clinic aims to close long-standing gaps in coverage and bring a range of essential healthcare services closer to home for residents in the area.

Dr. Randy Warren says the new facility offers everything from women’s health and lab testing to preventive screenings and even emergency care.

“We also have very good hospital partners in the area, and we’re in communication with them every single day, in case you do need to go to the emergency room or hospital,” Dr. Warren explained. “It’s very important to us that we keep track of you so we know what’s going on — even when you’re not within our four walls.”

Dr. Jorge Bundia added that the goal is to make care simpler and more streamlined for patients, reducing confusion and unnecessary referrals.

“We are trying to keep as much as we can here,” Dr. Bundia said. “We’ve found that when patients are referred to multiple specialists, things get confused and mistakes may happen.”

The new facility, located on the third floor of 9550 Regency Square Boulevard, is designed to serve as a one-stop shop for several clinical services. The goal, doctors explained, is to help ease the burden on families who may have struggled to find convenient, consistent care in their own neighborhood.
