TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) – A Phoenix man has been arrested on federal charges of allegedly attempting to produce child pornography and possession of child sexual abuse material.
Casey Goslin, 46, was taken into custody on Oct. 16, according to ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).
The arrest follows a joint investigation by HSI and the Tucson Police Department. Authorities discovered Goslin’s involvement in livestreamed child sexual abuse and the production of child sexual abuse material involving young victims provided by child sex traffickers in the Philippines, according to a news release.
Goslin, who worked as a youth group leader and director for various religious organizations, used online usernames “live:.cid.bbdbec6f18b26922” and “live:.cid.de5ca094f7bdd45.” Due to his roles and online activity, ICE is seeking public assistance in identifying potential victims he may have abused.
HSI urges anyone with information or whose child may have been in contact with Goslin to contact the ICE Tip Line at 866-DHS-2-ICE, use ICE’s online tip form or reach out to local law enforcement immediately.
ICE collaborates with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and other agencies to rescue and stabilize victims. Reports of suspected child exploitation can be made to the National Center’s hotline at 800-THE-LOST.
