Avalanche head coach Jared Bednar made it clear Wednesday morning that he was still unhappy with the officials and league review overturning the Gabe Landeskog goal.
On his weekly Altitude radio appearance, Bednar said he still has no idea why the goal didn’t stand. He also felt that the explanation for why it wasn’t a goal made no sense.
Had the Landeskog goal counted, it would’ve put the Avs up 2-0. Instead, Utah seemed to gain momentum after the successful challenge and went on to win in overtime.
