Annual Costume Contest and Parade

Participants in the Bates Costume Contest will get a certificate of participation, Halloween treats, and a tractor hayride ticket. Not wearing a costume? Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the costume parade and cheer for their favorite costumes.
Halloween Costume Parades

OB Playground in Ocean Beach is hosting Halloween costume parades around the perimeter of the 10,000-square-foot taqueria for both kids and pets.
The Sky Tonight | Palomar Observatory Experience
2 p.m. at the Fleet Science Center| $150
Enjoy a private tour of the Palomar Dome, learn the history of the observatory, engage in a unique lecture from a local astronomer, and explore the stars from the historic Palomar mountain in this brand-new, 18+ experience.

Halloween at the Station
