SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio empire is quietly honoring the coach who helped bring the franchise to greatness.
On Sunday, the San Antonio Spurs made a post on X (formerly Twitter) showcasing the latest banner honoring beloved coach Gregg Popovich.
This year marks the first season since 1996 that Popovich hasn’t been at the helm of the Spurs organization, with Mitch Johnson being promoted from assistant to head coach.
