Slidell, Louisiana-based In-Telecom has expanded to Arlington with a new facility scheduled to open early next year, the company said.
Formerly Fort Worth-based Lantana Communications, the company said the new Arlington facility reflects In-Telecom’s long-term commitment to the Dallas-Fort Worth region and its growing base of business clients.
“Our office in Arlington represents a powerful combination of growth, service and community,” In-Telecom CEO Shawn Torres said. “We’re excited to strengthen our roots here and continue building relationships that benefit both businesses and the community.”
In-Telecom said that following its acquisition of Lantana Communications in 2024, the company has continued to expand its presence and service offerings in Texas, including Voice over Internet Protocol, or VoIP, managed IT, cybersecurity and physical security solutions. Lantana Communications was a trusted name in Dallas-Fort Worth business communications for more than three decades, In-Telecom said.
To commemorate the new location, In-Telecom will partner with the Arlington Chamber of Commerce to host an official ribbon-cutting ceremony early next year.
In-Telecom became both a member and sponsor of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce this year, actively participating in local events and initiatives, the company said. It also is a full-year sponsor of the Levitt Pavilion Arlington, helping support free live music and cultural events that bring people together.
In-Telecom said the new Arlington office will serve as a central hub for:
VoIP and cloud communications.
Managed and co-managed IT services.
Cybersecurity and compliance solutions.
Video surveillance and access control.
“We’ve always believed that business success goes hand-in-hand with community involvement,” said Jimmy Burns, chief operating officer of In-Telecom. “Arlington has welcomed us, and we’re proud to invest back in the people and organizations that make this city great.”
With offices in Fort Worth and Arlington; Slidell and Gonzales, Louisiana; and Picayune, Mississippi, In-Telecom supports clients in 42 states.
Following the acquisition of Fort Worth-based Lantana Communications, In-Telecom said it has expanded its footprint in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
With a client-focused approach and deep industry expertise, In-Telecom said it empowers organizations to streamline operations, strengthen security and ensure business continuity. In 2025, In-Telecom was recognized by CRN, a U.S. computer publication, as one of North America’s top 500 solution providers.
